June 21st marked the closing of the nomination rounds for the 2019 Her Abilities Award. We are excited to report a record-breaking turnout of nominations from different corners of the world.
Overview of the 2019 Her Abilities Nominations  206 nominations highlighting the great achievements of 160 individual women    distribution on the 3 categories:  80 nominations = RIGHTS 55 nominations = HEALTH & EDUCATION 25 nominations =  ARTS; CULTURE & SPORTS  Nominations from 56 different countries.  We reached 27 new countries, among them Kosovo, Armenia, Paraguay, Lebanon, Kyrgistan, Finland, Canada, Zimbabwe and many more.     14 nominations from DACH  7 from Austria – 5 from Germany and 2 from Switzerland.    We received 15 self-nominations   9 nominees were already nominated in 2018 and participated again this year

Thank you to those who supported us in keeping this groundbreaking initiative alive by submitting nominations.


What are the next steps? 

The judging process has begun a preselection of the top 50 nominations out of the total 160 individual nominations will be made.
